Super Sub Ballsw/ Marinara Sauce

Super Sub Balls
1 ½ pound Ground Beef
1 Egg
½ tsp. pepper flakes
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
¼ Onion, Minced
1 C. Italian Bread Crumbs
4 Shakes Worcestershire
2/3 pound Provolone cut into cubes
Olive Oil
Mix first 7 ingred. Roll into ball, nest a piece of
Provolone in center, brush w/ Olive Oil
Bake 15min. 425 degrees


Marinara Sauce:
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 TBLS Olive Oil
2 Pinches Red Pepper Flakes
2 Cans 28 ounces each Crushed Tomato’s
15 Pieces Fresh Basil, 2 Sprigs Fresh Oregano
Heat Garlic in oil until it speaks then add other ingred.
