Beef and Green Chilies


Beef and Green Chilies
1.5 lb cubed stew meat
¼ C. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 T. oregano
2 T. Worcestershire
½ C. onion, chopped
14.5 oz can beef broth
2-4oz can chopped green chilies, drained
salt & pepper
2 zucchini, diced
Brown meat in oil, put in croc-pot; add all ingred except zucchini
Add the last hour cook low for 6-8 hours
