Coconut Chicken

Coconut Chicken
½ C. Olive Oil
¼ C. Lemon Juice
Garlic to taste & chopped green onions
2 tsp. Lemon Zest
½ tsp. salt & pepper
Marinate 4-5 hours coat w/ coconut and sprinkle w/ Cajun Spice
Grill
