Roquefort Pear Salad

Roquefort Pear Salad
Mixed Lettuce
3 Pears-Pealed, cored and chopped
5 ounces Roquefort Cheese
1 Avocado
½ C. green onions sliced
Carmalize: ¼ C. white Sugar & ½ C. Pecans
Dressing: mix together 1/3 C. Olive Oil
3 TBLS. Red Wine Vinegar
1 ½ tsp. white Sugar
1 ½ tsp. Dijon
1 clove Garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt (pepper to taste)
