Portobello Mushroom Salad


Portobello Mushroom Salad
½ C. Dry Red Wine
½ C. Olive Oil
½ C. Fresh Orange Juice
1 TBLS. Chopped Fresh Basil
Marinate 6 Portobello’s w/ above Ingred.
Assorted Salad Greens
Vinaigrette: 1 TBLS. Dijon, 3 TBLS. Red Wine Vinegar
½ tsp. Salt, 1.4 tsp. Pepper
½ C. Olive Oil
Whisk together
Grill Portobello’s 3-4 min on each side
